  • The phone boxes still need cleaning and BT say it’s not their responsibility any more. Here is the email I received after following your advice.

    “Good afternoon

    Thank you for your email.

    These two payphones were managed payphones but have been ceased recently, we do not send out contractors to clean these I am sorry to say.
