Gully completely blocked by cement

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Gully directly outside No 65 Court Road solid with cement and / or paint and appears to have come from recent work at that property. The cement / paint has also flowed downhill from the blocked gully staining the gutter for a considerable distance.
