I am partially sighted and am having difficulty navigating streets in and around Ormiston Road / Westcombe Park - the streets have not been cleaned in a very long while and animal fouling is pervasive.

I have noticed that the streets in and around Ormiston Road / Westcombe Park have not been cleaned in a very long while. There is an unhealthy build up of rubbish, cat and dog fouling. I for one do not want to end up attracting vermin or other secondary issues. I assume that residents have kept up with council tax payments, as I have, but we are not getting the services we are paying for. I am also partially sighted and rely heavily on clear and clean pavements. Can someone please confirm when regular street cleaning will be resumed. Many thanks
