Broken glass, litter and debris on cycle lanes on both sides of Rochester Way
Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 14:51, Mon 7 September 2020
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later
Cycle lanes on both sides of Rochester Way (along the whole length of the road) are covered with broken glass, litter and debris from trees. Cycle lanes have not been cleaned for several months. To avoid debris and glass, cyclists need to pull out of the cycle lane into the roadway where they mix with heavy traffic, travelling at speed and with drivers who do not expect cyclists on the roadway.
