Zebra crossing

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

I have witnessed two bear crashed on the new zebra crossing I understand the under the highways act a zebra crossing needs some for of lights to show there is a crossing. I would like to know why these lights haven’t been installed on a new zebra crossing
