Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

1)Rubbish spilling out on to the road from an overfilled uncollected bin which has fallen backwards into the road. The bin men came today so I don't know why it wasn't emptied.

Corner of cedarhurst Drive and Westhorne .

2)In addition, on the opposite side of the road two large pallets and packing material have been dumped on the side of the pavement.
