Wheelie bins in road to reserve parking spaces. Illegal. Reported previously, but falsely marked as "fixed". Clearly NOT fixed.

These bins belongs to number 40 and his small red peoget and rented house. He is the culprit behind this for public safety leaving his bins on the road for his personal parking space.

What’s the problem council can’t fix this problem people leaving bins on road ????? Seems like the councillor Danny needs to investigate. Go to https://www.gov.uk/ guidance/ household-waste-bins-when-and-how-councils-may-issue-fixed-penalties
And issue them fix penalties
