Hi there since some of your cleaning team came to clean the street, they said they are not able to pick up and clean all this, as they pointed a company BinMAN white is in charge to to it! Can you please use your channels /I think you hold their details as your council granted a permitting this company to work with here, right, so please contact them to come and clean all this!!!!

I must insist that this doesn’t just get cleaned as a one off. The council MUST ensure the company fulfils their duty.
In the meantime I would expect the council to clean this and fine the company. For your team to come and to refuse to clean it is slightly offensive to the people that live right here. I would do it myself if I knew where to put the refuse.
