All sorts of rubbish on pavement and road

Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 20:48, Sunday 9 August 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Camrose Street - the entire area between Plumstead High Street down Camrose Street to the juction with Myrtledene Road is covered with all sorts of litter and rubbish. A considerable amount of the litter (but not all) originates from the Morleys Chicken Shop just round the corner in Plumstead High Street. There are also a number of empty spirit and beer bottles plus furniture and cardboard boxes. Myself and other people have reported this area before and although it is great that the Council will take action to temporarily clean up the Street my opinion is that other action is required to prevent this problem from reoccuring.
