While I appreciate this bin is supposed to be used for commercial waste from cash converter, this is routinely used by the residents that live above. It ends up looking like this and no one feels responsible (neither the commercial bin lorry -collected on Friday and ignored all this! nor the council -never drives down the alley!)
We need to come up with a plan here. This is an unacceptable monthly occurrence. No wonder people come and fly tip here.
What can we do to stop this from happening. This is right next to a residential unit, poses a fire risk (twice it was lit by local youths!), hygiene issue and is a serious eye sore. Cash converters need to take their responsibility to the local community more seriously. This is really not good enough.

Why do you have an app reporting tool if you require the reporter to take action outside the reporting tool? Why don’t you assign these things internally once you’re made aware?
