Persistent dog foul on pavement/under tree of 127 Blithdale Rd
Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 00:14, Sat 1 August 2020
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2225582.
The pavement in front of 127 Blithdale Rd and under the tree in front of 127 Blithdale Rd has been used has a dog toilet by dog owners for a couple of years now.Its so bad I can't even get in my car without stepping in dogs foul and flies are constantly gathering upon the waste hence am unable to open my front windows.I am very concerned for my family and my self as well as neighbours health and safety on this pandemic.I do not own a dog and found the whole thing distressing.I am appealing to the council to send their cleaning specialist to come and clear the waste as soon as possible as well as putting up some type of deterrent to avoid further occurrence of this irresponsible act by some dog owners.

It's a total waste of time reporting this problem to the council. Despite lodging my complaint 3 times, neither the dog foul was removed nor any poster to deter the culprit from repeating the same. Its such a shame that even though the council highlight the health risk associated with dog foul and intention to prevent it, ignoring the complaint of public pavement being converted into a dogs toilet demonstrate the Greenwich council are really not concerned with the publics health.

This will be cleared on the weekly sweep and the crews monitor the fouling and signage will be placed where necessary
Thanks
