  • This doesn't appear to be private property as there is a post box adjacent to the rubbish. Surely the post office wouldn't site there post box on private land. Besides this the rubbish looks appalling and is a trip hazard especially to my partially sited father who uses the footpath.

  • The public highway is the pavement this is not on the public highway it’s on a private forecourt behind metal bollards on a tarmaced surface I will pass this to our enforcment team who will ask land owner to clear it
