Nice new road.. Shame about the footpaths either side

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2217319.
To whom it may concern.. Firstly, we thank you for a lovely new road! 99% of the work force were amazing and so efficient! BUT... We have complaints unfortunately..
1. Just as the guys are leaving.. Baring in mind the road looked pristine and with literally nothing on it include cars.. One of the workmen decided to finish his energy drink and throw it under the van! Even my children were shocked! Why do this? Wheelie bins literally everywhere around him but his nice newly finished road..He was almos like a dog cocking his leg and marking his territory!
2. Although this is unavoidable, I’d have thought that a simple brushing of the footpaths onto the new road as the road sweeper went down would have sorted this in minutes but all the way down on both sides there ares 1000s of prices of old tarmac clearly that have come to lay there after the Planing marching had made its passes. Some are big and many are quite small but will probably end up on the road and work their way into the drainage system.
May I suggest a pavement and gutter clean ASAP to fix this wonderful job and make it 100%

Footpaths are still a bit of a mess. Bit of a shame really as when they’ve tried to sweep up, they brushed what they did into the gutter of the nice new road.

Residents of the road decided to try as usual but still a still falling back into the gutters. Shame spending all that cash on a nice road surface for it to start looking shabby again especially when the winter comes and the drains get blocked with bits of rubble and tarmac washed down.

There was a guy with a broom but wouldn’t say much was done. Brand new road but slowing looking like the gulleys are filling up too.
