Bitumen left strewn across road and path

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

A Road roller left parked on the corner of Bramshott and Wyndcliff over the weekend of the 17-20 July has left behind clumps of bitumen behind. Please arrange to be removed

  • Since the 20th July, the time I raised this matter, this bitumen remains strewn across the road with no attempt from the council to remedy in any shape or form
