Rubbish and dead animals outside Tesco again

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 13:41, Sunday 19 July 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Green space outside Tesco looks like a rubbish tip/landfill, all bins overflowing including on Grand Depot Road, piles of litter, dead birds and shopping trolleys strewn all over the grass and paving, disgusting mess and health hazard. Please enforce Tesco to regularly maintain their bins and surrounding area.
