Entrance of flats via car park of Gavin House, 25 Plumstead High Street

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

A large green wheeli bin, has been dumped in the car park entrance of Gavin House, for almost a month now. The bin is filled with rubbish, it smells, and is a health hazard. This bin needs to be removed, as it does not belong to any residents on the estate.
