Hi, I am a resident of 87 Blackheath Hill and can confirm that tbis has been reported repeatedly to Optivo who have been ineffective in dealing with the perpetrators. I have personally cleared up toxic waste at the front. It does not help by the fact there are not enough bins. They used to be labelled and residents of Hollymount Close have taken them. Please label the bins with flat numbers. 1-5. Please also be firm with Optivo. We are going on holiday in 2 weeks for a while and we are worried.

Please note that residents of Hollymount Close have not taken No 87's bins - far from it; the bin men always leave them in our Close and we are always having to drag them back up to No 87. Perhaps No 87 residents could retrieve their own bins. Also it is very easy to order more bins from the council so that you have enough.

As a resident of Hollymount Close, we have seen what we presume are non residents of number 87 (ie people arriving in cars), parking in Hollymount, then dumping loads of stuff. One in particular has done this several times. I have their registration and will report.

Bins used to be marked with numbers, which would easily resolve the issue. I have ordered additional bins and requested that our bins are left on our property, not on Hollymount Close. This issue needs to be resolved by Greenwich Council and Optivo. It is an ongoing problem which is causing upset and aggravation. Neither have contacted me, despite my complaints.

Yet more fly tipping, and Greenwich Council do nothing about it. Shame.

This is a disgusting mess. it is only a matter of time before the rubbish outside No 87 get blown into the road causing an accident. Please will either the council or Optivo take some responsibility and clear the rubbish. We hear a lot about Greenwich being a Royal Borough is it not time to live up to your obligations and keep the Borough clean....or at least make some effort.

Another resident of Hollymount Close here, writing with regards to the constant fly tipping next door from residents of number 87. In addition to fly tipping from residents, I’ve witnessed people who don’t actually live there, driving up and dumping stuff too, as it seems to be attracting people who think it’s a dumping ground.
