Multiple bin bags dumped into woods

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Opposite the electricity plant (?) by the path in the woods, bin bags have been dumped into the area which would hold a stream. Also bags for collection along Rochester Way (both sides) of litter collected by residents.
