Overflowing Bins and Flytipping

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 10:36, Wednesday 17 June 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Rubbish belonging to 35 Hartsmead Road in my bins, the rubbish has been removed and returned to the address. I believe this was done around 10pm on 16/06/2020 as I heard voices outside. We should not have to be removing other peoples rubbish from our bins during this pandemic and I believe it is illegal to use bins which do not belong to you.

This morning I noticed overflowing bins across the road, on checking the rubbish again belongs to the occupant at Miss Patrice Adams, 35 Hartsmead Road.
