No bin so all the rubbish again lean on the street

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Again on Myrtle alley (in Woolwich ,behind Primark)which has been now reported to the local Mp as this street now is converted into a legal dump place Bin just disappeared its council responsibility to clean the streets its no safe is a health hazard also ,so please !!!!!instruct collection ASAP Children pass sometimes its dangerous Its beyond our imagination how council is not able to fix this never ending issue just put 2 bins at least !!!!!!
