Eltham High Street due to re open on Monday, but only public convenience that will serve the High Street is in Sainsbury’s. The M&S toilets are to remain closed, and the Eltham Leisure Centre is not due open yet. Will this deter some people coming to the High Street? Eltham High Steet has long since been without public toilets. Are we second class citizens?

  • M&S cafe is open, and thought in that case the toilets should be, but haven’t been up to check, as I believe, that as shop rates are so high in Greenwich, they have a duty to provide public toilets, for shoppers.
