Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 18:05, Wed 10 June 2020

The affected area has not been attended, for several months now making massive weed grow on and around the pavement which is now clearly a trip hazard.

This has not been fixed! Elderly people and those in mobility scooters living in Roberts Close are having to use the middle of the service road! Whole pavement covered in brambles, gulleys, hanging over fences! Apparently only part of the service road is the responsibility of L&Q, the rest is Greenwich Council. This work has not been done since first reported back in March! Please do this urgently. It was always well maintained prior to Covid and has been missed even though the rest of beaver bank is being maintained.

If my mother trips over Greenwich Council will gave a law suit on their hands. Only part of this service is maintained by L&Q, the rest is Greenwich Councils Responsibility. Please get this work done now!

Can you please tell me why you are saying this issue is 'fixed' and 'closed' ! It is still exactly the same, the work has not been done, the weed is still there and even worse! What is going on? The situation is a big health and safety risk to the elderly tenants of Roberts Close.
