Floodlight showing public clock on west face of St. John's church is out. This was reported by phone some weeks ago. Please can you give me an update on getting it fixed. Thank you.

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

This floodlight illuminated the public clock on St. John's Church SE3 7TH and is managed by RBG. I think it is just the spotlight bulb (which is on top of a lamppost) that is defective, as the spots on the North and South faces of the public clock are working. This defective lamp was reported by phone some weeks ago. Please can you give me an update on when it will be fixed. Thank you.
