Littering

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2124012.
Your last reply does not explain how you will resolve the below as street cleaning when resumed will just be a cost as Bins are not being used that are provided;
The issue also is that the Bins provided by the council are not being used. The rubbish is just been left open and loose on the pavement. Therefore issues with littering being scattered all the way down the road. Also as per website rubbish should be put in Bins provided to deter foxes as well. How will you proceed? Not ideal for pedestrians walking past.
Outside Number 50 Littering on pavement and road. Cans, bottles, toiletries, surgical gloves, takeaway boxes, food bags bust open by foxes and cars that are driving over food bags that are in road spilled over from pavement. Not using bins provided. I walk down this road, 3 weeks and still the same outside No 50. Cleaning road just a cost to council.
