Large fly tipping around the abandoned van are now removed. Thank you so much!!!
If only council take action or provide advice how to remove 8years- SORN abandoned van without a book or keys... Last September Ms.Patel of Enforcement team in council instructed that she wrote land owner of No.19 /SE288EL where van largely sits (parking space) if land owner does not oppose for this abandoned van to be removed-cost of removal ca.93pounds or would he participate in removal cost. No reply or no opposition would mean for council the right to take removal action. NO REY FROM COUNCIL ON ABOVE MATTER. Residents discussed that we would remove this SORN van (and cover a cost of it ) to scrap yard but without vehicles book and keys it is not possible for third parties or private persons/non-owners of land where van sits. May we have proper infomation and instruction what can be done in subject matter, please.

Safer Neighbourhood Police team said that council is to take ownership of this cat and is now waiting for log book from Dvla. No written notice ON THE VAN on that. I was assaulted last weekend over this parking issue by male and female of door No.19. ASBO/PSPO order is expected to be put on them.

Council Community Safety (sic!) And Environmental team Satti Heir extremely rudely refuses to act towards removing abandoned van and states that its owner is known to him. Guess what -keeping belongings on others private land so obstructing the law is a crime. Show everybody notice on the van referring to contact with van owner, as they do not leave here or do not rent/not paying for the obstructed space. Checked with property owners Dmytro Kovalenko and Mr.McHugh.

In 11 August 2020 local Safer Neighbourhood Police officer informed that Environmental abd Community Safety officer of RBG Council Satti Heir declared immediate removal of the van. In my telephone conversation with mr Heir he rudely and aggressively denied above his statement given to Police advising me cit. :"go to DVLA with your lawyer and find van owner ". He said he found abandoned van owner but refused communication with them on removal van which is STANDING ON PRIVATE PERSON PROPERTY/LAND without any permit or a fee. Land owner has no way to find van owner as DVLA does not provide vehicles data to private persons even having legal interest in obtaining information-. Service is long time suspended. Info by mr Heir of council is an utter false and is against his department duties (Environmental and Community Safety).
