Overflowing bins on Thames path

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 23:27, Sunday 3 May 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Bins on Thames path are overflowing with dog fouling (well done to the owners for attempting to bag it... Not well done to the owners for disposing of it safely). Please come to empty the bins regularly as every man and their dog (literally) in Greenwich is coming to use the Thames Path for their daily permitted walk/dog toilet session. It's becoming a health hazard.
