Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 18:48, Mon 27 April 2020
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2098887.
At 18.14 hrs today black transit van reg: CY18 LSX drove up to the council rubbish hoppers in the car park of Ellison House, Lewisham Rd, SE13. Three Asian men emerged and proceeded to fly-tip a large quantity of commercial/ building waste; completely filling all three, previously empty rubbish hoppers. Can then sped off. Dumped refuse appears to include contaminated items such as medical gloves and wrap. See attached images; we also have full video of this incident which can be supplied to the council on request.

A. Why does this matter? A. It matters because we will now have the rubbish hoppers overflowing with domestic food waste for the next week as a result; creating a public health hazard, and attracting rats and other vermin. Also there appears to be contaminated waste there...Then there’s the impact on already understaffed council services and the plain fact it’s illegal flytipping in broad daylight....
Some action please, otherwise they will make it a regular occurrence.
