Garbage and refuse dumped on Canal Walk

A combination of what looks like commercial and home waste has been dumped on the ground and around the bin area at the end of canal walk, behind 130 Lee Road. It is attracting rats, and foxes have scattered the contents. It is a health hazard for humans and animals. This has been an issue for four days.
