Abandoned burnt motorbike, severe damage on the tunnel

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 16:24, Sunday 12 April 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 1 minute later

A motorbike has been burnt inside the A2 foot tunnel above Kidbrooke train station. There is severe damage inside of the lighting and tiling. The motorbike is of course still there, the fire and smoke has made the tunnel super dark and dangerous. One is unable to see much and there is so much debris everywhere. This should be priority!!

  • Unfortunately I have been informed this isn’t a council path it’s maintained by tfl

  • Let's not start again with it's not us, it's tfl. We have the same story every single time. Do we need to go to Clive Efford to get this resolved? Again? Tfl does not handle flytipping or cleaning.. I have lived here for 5 years and same issue comes up every single time. It's the council.

  • This is not flytipping issue or street cleaning, this tunnel is maintained by tfl so the repair work would be carried out by tfl also the abandoned vehicle would have to be removed by tfl,

This has been passed to our Envirocrime team also so they can pass to tfl
