The car its parked every day on the footway which is designated for people..is not a car parking spot. Its also damaging the footway creating uneven areas where elderly and kind can trip and fall over,as we have a number of elderly over 70's and young kids. Something need to be done,penalties or fitting bollards as the existing wooden one to stop the people parking here. Its in front of number 58 to 64. Thank you
