Repeated littering from vehicles parked on point hill. Occasionally fly tipping.

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 16:12, Wednesday 11 March 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 4 minutes later

Every evening multiple groups of people are parking at the stop of point hill (where the bays are free parking except 9am-10am) eating takeaways and throwing substantial amounts of litter onto the curb. Weed often being smoked too and have seen Nitrous oxide canisters. The waste is attracting foxes who then attack bins. A few larger items are also being flytipped.
