Occupants of 7 avocet mews have allowed their filthy water waste to leak onto pavement and road for 3 months, no action taken. Filthy and disgusting and nothing done, dangerous to children

  • Someone has also put garden rubbish plus in my black bin so of course not emptied. I know it is not my Garden help as bin much heavier than when I put out. And in grey plastic bag which I have seen left out
