Nothing has been done about it
It causes problems walking up and down the street
There is a blind women and guide dog the has lots of issues trying to navigate the bins all over the place

Why is the council not doing anything about these wheelie bins being left on the pavement all week long rubbish all over the floor
Rats have been seen
The council should be telling those leaving them out all week although can and should be placed inside their front gardens with no rubbish over flowing and ending up all over the pavement
