The car is now missing a wheel and has an open window. Yet another ticket has been issued and stuck to the windscreen. The car has not moved for over 2 months. Surely the fact that it is parked on a red route and across the dropped kerb leading from the footbridge ( therefore an inconvenience for disabled pedestrians) is enough to have it removed.
