This broken pathway is still a danger to pedestrians and the cones aren’t offering much by way of safety. Walked past yesterday (23.02.20) and one cone had been moved off the pavement into the road. How are people with wheelchairs or sight impairments meant to get by safely? Why is it taking so long to fix this?

Pavement still not fixed. Some kind of sheeting has been dumped by the cones, reducing accessibility further. When is this going to be fixed?
