Missing "No Through Road ..." Traffic Sign

Reported in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 10:44, Friday 17 January 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 2 minutes later

Hello, In my view a "No through road for vehicular traffic" sign (Digram 816 of TSRGD 2016) is missing for the last section of Fairthorn Road, beyond Gurdon Road. Some car navigation maps mislead drivers and they accidently enter this dead-end section. A tourist bus happened to enter and an articulated truck almost entered the site because of the missing sign. Large vehicles are unable to turn back or go-around without damaging private property.

** Please do not mark this as 'resolved' like my previous reports without adding the sign. A lamp post is right at the corner so all you need to do is to attach the plate. If there is a particular reason why you are refusing adding the sign, please contact me, we can discuss. FYI - I am a civil engineer specialised at road and highway design so I can deal with professional explanations. :) **
