Abandoned vehicle in private parking space

A vehicle has been abandoned in my private space since 23rd December, I have had nowhere to park or my visitors. The building is marked for women who have been in domestic violence. I have had nowhere to park or my guests who keep getting tickets as my space is occupied by an abandoned car, I have reported to council who say it’s not their responsibility and that it’s wings security and wings say it’s Greenwich council this has caused me a lot of distress and have been told the owner is a relative of a lady who lives in the block who have gone to Africa. Please remove this car immediately it’s causing me stress and anxiety. No one will help. The vehicle is located in hawke house car park Se18 5ap in my car park bay f.
