Burnt out bin and lots of rubbish.
Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Nigel Mumford at 14:14, Mon 13 January 2020
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1934759.
There is a burnt out bin and lots of unbinned rubbish on the side of Osborn Terrace. This is a regular occurrence and is a vermin risk. The bags frequently get ripped open by foxes or simlar with food and other waste spread across the road.

Yes this particular item has been cleared but there is unbagged rubbish in the same place again. Part of this rubbish is babies nappies, quite a lot of them, which I'm sure is a health risk. This happens most weeks.
