Burnt out bin and lots of rubbish.

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Nigel Mumford at 14:14, Monday 13 January 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 2 minutes later

There is a burnt out bin and lots of unbinned rubbish on the side of Osborn Terrace. This is a regular occurrence and is a vermin risk. The bags frequently get ripped open by foxes or simlar with food and other waste spread across the road.

  • Yes this particular item has been cleared but there is unbagged rubbish in the same place again. Part of this rubbish is babies nappies, quite a lot of them, which I'm sure is a health risk. This happens most weeks.
