The tree is doing OK, despite leaning over. TFL regard trees as street furniture, so don't expect them to invest quality care in individual trees. The whole planting plan for natural areas alongside the relief road has long since been disregarded and replaced with a "one size fits all" urban landscape plan. Not the best for wildlife (as intended), but it produces cheap maintenance contracts.
