Regular Dog Fouling Outside No 3
Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 09:50, Fri 6 December 2019
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1877042.
Dear Sir, Please can you look into regular issue of dog fouling on Lucknow street (outside house no 3 onwards toward Timber croft lane).
We have so much dog fouling at the start of the street before house no 3 and in front of house no 3 and 5 that this is becoming unbearable and a regular occurrence caused by two dogs in house no 4. Owner is single young man who has moved into property after his mother passed away few months back (I believe leased by Peabody housing association to his deceased mother).
I have been repeatedly contacting Greenwich councils Dog Control helpline and have left repeated messages online. I am assured on every time I contact helpline and nothing gets done for days. Priority:- Please can you assign someone to clean dog fouling’s and put some signage on the pavement as a deterrent at the earliest.
Dog fouling has become a regular issue and this dog owners are putting other resident’s health at risk, this is quite acceptable when this is happening on regularly basis and have increased in last 1 month. Instead of individuals getting fines residents have to suffer due to carelessness of few dog owners who just let their dogs out on their own without any monitoring as in this case.
Regards, AJ Bhosle

Thanks for this report I will pass this onto our street services team who will monitor for dog fouling when your road is cleansed each week. We can also add signage to areas that have significant instances of dog fouling
