A house in Gilbert Close has painted their door number on the space in front of their house (nobody is disabled or has a designated space). They block people in who park in the space with the painted number on it. They are now also saving the adjacent space with bins or by parking over both spaces with their large vehicle. They are verbally aggressive to those who move the bins or who challenged the blocking in of their vehicles. Please can you send a letter to residents in Gilbert Close regarding this behaviour. The painted number and blocking has been going on for years. The bins saving spaces is a recent thing.
