A major part of harmony wood has been badly damaged by regular motorbikes scrambling around harmony wood regularly for hours at a time. Its the same small number of people all the time. They should be prosecuted, made to pay for the damage to this vulnerable green area and noise nuisance. Council absolutely pathetic. this has been going on for so long. Council are very quick to demand for council tax payments though. Install a camera ???
