Car has not moved for at least 6 months and now the number plates are missing

This car has not moved for at least six months, it just turned up and has stayed there and now the number plates are gone. It is on the corner of Mcloud Road and Howarth Road, nearest house number 62 Howarth Road. I have asked the people i know in the road but noone knows who it belongs to and parking spaces are needed as many residents dont get to park in their own road so if this abandoned car is gone another space becomes available. Thankyou.
