New graffiti on pavilion in Southwood Park

Reported via Android in the Graffiti category anonymously at 08:51, Sun 27 October 2019

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 4 minutes later

Significant amount of new graffiti on the walls of the derelict pavilion in Southwood Road park. The canopy looks ready to fall off and would be likely to kill anyone underneath if it did, so the idea of graffiti 'artists' spending extended time under it, possibly also climbing, is a worry.

  • No, the graffiti has not been removed, it has been added to. Some of this is obscene. There is also a lot of smashed glass and other debris, suggesting that the very precarious canopy is being sheltered under at night time. The canopy is not safe. There will be a terrible accident. • Some attempts have been made at scrubbing off the more offensive bits, so I guess that will have to do for us.
