There is rubbish dumped on the pavement and strewn across it outside 48 Hopedale Road and nearby, Can this be removed please or a streetsweep sent to clear it all up as it is the way of passers by.

Rubbish has been strewn across the street outside 48 Hopedale road on the pavement. Not sure if this has been dumped there, caused by animals or rubbish dropped from a bin collection. This has been there since Monday.
