I’ve seen 2 times flytipping by some travellers who have arrived on the empty plot next to Enderby wharf.

I'm sharing the response I was given, which is to speak to envirocrime@royalgreenwich.gov.uk
My understanding is that because this is not the council's land they won't respond to the problem here.
However, the email address above is for reporting environmental crime (such as flytipping) regardless of whether it is public or private land.
