  • I'm sharing the response I was given, which is to speak to envirocrime@royalgreenwich.gov.uk

    My understanding is that because this is not the council's land they won't respond to the problem here.

    However, the email address above is for reporting environmental crime (such as flytipping) regardless of whether it is public or private land.
