This oil patch is hazardous. It is slippery when wet and is carried on shoes. It has also caused environmental damage. It needs to be cleaned.

  • Not fixed as the council couldn't care less about hazardous waste on a council estate. This would have been cleaned within hours if it was outside the Woolwich Centre.
