This oil patch is hazardous. It is slippery when wet and is carried on shoes. It has also caused environmental damage. It needs to be cleaned.

Not fixed as the council couldn't care less about hazardous waste on a council estate. This would have been cleaned within hours if it was outside the Woolwich Centre.
