Area at top of red lion lane is repeatedly used by dog owners who let there animals foul the grass areas and pavement and do not clear up after. More signs are required and fines imposed Is it possible to install cameras even as a temporary measure There are many residents reporting this .Is it possible to write to all local residents to warn that potential dog fouling owners will be heavily fined?
